Rogelio Argyle Perez

Rogelio (Roy) Argyle Perez, 23, of Elgin Illinois, died on Sunday, November 08, 2020 in McHenry, Illinois with his father by his side.

Roy was born was on October 11, 1997 to his beloved parents Rogelio and Janieska. Roy attended Larkin Highschool and graduated from Lincoln Challenge Military Academy.  Roy was described as kind, selfless, laid back, and had a big heart. In his spare time, Roy enjoyed playing video games, watching movies and anime, going to Lake Michigan, and spending time with his friends.

Roy is survived by his father Rogelio Perez; mother and stepfather Janieska and Marcos Rivera; his beloved siblings Joshua, Emma, Genesis, and Jacob, grandmother Maria Argentina; grandfather Salvador Perez, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be held Sunday, November 15 at Dundee Funeral Home at 525 Dundee Ave from 2:00-9:00. A Catholic service will be held from 4:00-5:00 followed by a service held by a pastor from Luz de Cristo. Masks are required. A private funeral will be held Monday.
