She was born in Mexico on August 7, 1926 to the late Sixto Sosa B., Sofia Mendez, ( Stepmother) Paula Estrada E. Loving wife of the late Andres G. Acevedo, Loving mother of Andrew Acevedo Jr., Fredrick ( Ruth ) Acevedo, Loving sister of the late Wilbert Sosa E., Nemesio Sosa E., Carlos Sosa P., Gracie Esquivel, Rubyna Sosa E., Lizbeth Sosa E., Loving Grandmother of Adam, Eric, many nephews, nieces and cousins. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 4pm. - 9pm. Dundee Funeral Home 525 Dundee Ave., ( Across from the Dundee Township Cemetery East on Rt. 25 & Higgins Rd.) East Dundee. Mass of Christian  Burial Saturday 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elgin. Interment Bluff City Cemetery.
